You can bring your group and be assured of a professional, heavenly and memorable stay with us, where we offer Boutique Hotel Style accommodations.

We offer a superb Yoga Hall /Meeting Hall/ Temple for group gatherings , and garden areas for outdoor gatherings, serval charming pavillions, the ocean and a pool, a restaurant rigth on the ocean, great nature excursions to a waterfall, temples, for blessing and cleansing ceremonies, and a beach for nigth time beach fires.

We take groups with a minuim booking of 10 SINGLE Rooms (or a combination for Shared and Single) with a maxium of about 27 particpants.

Our caring staff will provide a serene, creative and cared for environment.

• We also have a Yoga Teacher on staff, Sumane, who is currently in training under the Yoga Alliance Certification Program, for a surcharge of 50.000 Rp per person, or max. 300.000 Rp for group teaching.
• We will be able to suggest Freelance Taxi Drivers for you Pick Up and Drop Off service. Each VAN can take maximally 4 passengers with their luggage. You or your group particpnts pay the dirvers directly

• Our Hall has a beautiful super high vaulted ceiling (about 36 feet, 12 meters)
• Our Hall features Back Jacks, Meditation Pillows, Sponge Mats and Yoga Mats.
• Our Hall offers AC on request for extra charge of 50.000 RP per hour of use.

COST

PER PERSON COST for 2024 - With a minimum booking of 10 SINGLE ROOM BOOKINGS is required to be elidgible for the following Group Pricing

• 950.000 Rp for SHARED / per person, incl. 2 vegetarian Buffet meals per day (Breakfast & Dinner), plus soup for Lunch, with herbal teas, filtered water in all rooms
• 1.250.000 Rp for SINGLE incl. 2 vegetarian Buffet meals per day (Breakfast & Dinner), plus soup for Lunch with herbal teas, water & filtered water in all rooms.
• Government tax is included
• A Service Fee of 5% will be added to your bill
• We offer a Good Bye Mantra Singing Ceremony free of charge,

BONUS

• A BONUS of 5% will be added to your bill with a booking of more than 10 rooms
• FREE TEMPLE HALL USE with a minimum of 10 rooms

Wi-Fi

• FREE Wi-Fi in the MEDITATION HALL
• FREE Wi-Fi at the RESTAURANT for WhatsApp and Messenger & checking Emails for all guests.
• Wi-Fi Modums are available for at a daily charge of 50.000 Rp for HIGH SPEED, and 25.000 Rp for second person in the room if they share the modum.

BOOKING

• Once you pay the deposit and sign your Group Booking Agreement with us your booking is confrimed
• DEPOSIT: We charge a 30% deposit. The DP is Non-refundable if the cancelation occurs within 9 month prior to the booked event. The second payment of 30 % is due 3 months prior to the event and the final amount 14 days prior.
• You can pay wtih Bank Wire, WISE Transfer, or PayPal
• OPTION 1: You book only as many rooms as you might need.
• OPTION 2: If you wish to book the entire Shambala Retreat Center with 16 ROOMS for TOTAL PRIVACY, please inquire with us. PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to pay for all the rooms if you choose this option.
• At times we have individual guests staying at Shambala, but we can check if during your requested time period, you can book the entire center for your group.

• Cancellation and Terms & Conditions:

  In the event of cancellation occurring nine months or more prior to your scheduled event at the Shambala Oceanside Retreat Center, refunds on your payments will not be provided. We strongly recommend that you secure Group Booking Insurance for your reservation
