CANCELATION RULES at SHAMBALA :

• We do not offer refunds on unused prepaid bookings made in advance by a guest or group organizer. Once the booking is confirmed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable, if made less than 9 months prior to your event or unless we agree in writing to a different arrangement.

• We recommend that you carefully review your travel dates and other details before making a reservation. In case of any changes to your travel plans. We request that you get travel Insurance to keep any losses to a minimum on your part.

• Please realise that we are not taking any other booking for your pre-paid booking that you made and therefore will not be able to refund you. Thank you for your understanding.
  

SPECIAL RULES at SHAMBALA :

• NO Pets

• NO Alcohol,

• NO Mind-Altering substances of any kind

• NO Meat, including fish

• NO Smoking. (Smoking is only permitted only on the far corners of the property of Shambala. We thank you for your understanding.

• NO Children under the age of 12 years old or upon approval.

• NO garlic in any of our foods, no MSG
